At Egyptian Eagle, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Upon delivery, customers are welcome to inspect, try on, and check their order while the courier is present. If the courier does not allow sufficient time for inspection, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.

If you decide not to keep the order during delivery, you may return it to the courier and only the shipping fees will apply.

Please note that once the courier has left and the order has been accepted, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for any reason.

We encourage all customers to carefully inspect and try on their items before accepting the order.
